Movie Buffs
We have some serious movie buffs here at our library. We also have a lot of dedicated members of our "Disney Readers" program who recently read about Ariel and Belle. What happens when we combine these two loves? We got an idea for a majorly fun movie night!
Join us for fun movie nights! Invite your friends and families to stop by the library and watch these great Disney films with you:

Gross Out Fun at Tween Time!
Remember when Harry Potter tried Bertie Botts Every Flavor Jelly Beans and bit into a black pepper one? Eww! Our tweens at the RPL recently read about that and tried out gross-out jelly bean flavors like boogers, dog food, and even barf! Yuck!
Wanna try it? We took the Jelly Belly Bean Boozled Challenge. Fearless kids at our program, Tween Time, took turns using a spinner which indicated which jelly bean they needed to try. Here's the catch: there are two flavors that look exactly a like: one tastes great (like peach!), and one identical bean tastes nasty (like peach's twin, barf!).
